makeup model call
A makeup artist model call is when a makeup artist looks for individuals—often referred to as “models”—to sit for makeup applications so they can:
Build their portfolio with new looks, styles, or techniques.
Practice or refine skills (e.g., trying out new products, trending styles, or advanced techniques).
Create content for social media, websites, or marketing.
Showcase bridal, editorial, or creative work on real faces.
Model calls are typically discounted or free services, since the focus is on artistry and content creation rather than a traditional client appointment. In exchange, models get a professional makeup application and sometimes professional photos of the finished look.

absolutely not! modelling experience is great if you have it, but it is not a requirement.

2-3 hours maximum.

all makeup model applications and photos/videos will be taken at my private studio, located downtown Windsor - exact location will be shared with you prior to the date.

no! this service is completely free of charge.

please wear whatever you are comfortable in! I ask that you wear neutral colours however.

the artist has full control of the makeup look as this service is for the benefit of their social media pages.

I politely ask that you neatly style your hair, whichever way you are comfortable - you will be filmed and photographed.
